Hub can't use timers, delayed starts, or anything involving reminders. All my other GA devices can.

In my home I can access the Google Assistant via 2 Android smartphones, a Chromecast, a Nest Mini speaker (1st gen), and my new addition, a Nest Hub 7" (2nd Gen).

On all of my other devices these issues work fine. It's only with the Hub that cannot do any of the following:

- Can't use timers
If I try "Turn on/off NamedLight in X minutes" or "Turn on/off NamedLight at time-of-day" it always fails, only responding, "Sorry something went wrong while scheduling that action. Please try again later"

-Cant use delayed start properly
If I have the Hub execute a GA routine with a delayed start, the delay only works properly if it's 30 seconds or less. Any greater than 30 seconds, and it just ignores the timer and the rest of the routine.

-Can't do anything involving reminders
"Set a reminder" always results in "I couldn't create a reminder"
"Delete a reminder" always results in "Sorry I couldn't retrieve what reminders you have set"

And then I can issue any of these commands to either my Mini speaker, or my phone, or even my Chromecast, and they all work flawlessly. It's only the Hub that is having these problems.

I've tried rebooting the hub numerous times of course. I've tried putting my network on 3 different wi-fi routers, and 2 different Internet connections, and the problem persists exactly the same in all situations. I've ensured all devices are on 2.4Ghz wifi frequency.

I'm at my wits' end and desperate. Does anyone have any idea why my Hub is acting like this or what I can possibly try to resolve it at this point? Thanks!

Well after months of my Hub behaving as above, and after I resigned to the fact that there was no resolution.. it spontaneously started working one day months later. All the issues above stopped and the hub is performing properly in those regards. I did nothing to fix this. I simply gave up and accepted there was no solution. And somehow, it magically just works after a few months of not.

Also, I've tried factory resetting the Hub, with no change to the problems.
