Hub no longer working

Please can you help, as my Google hub is no longer working.

Like with a lot of other people the screen is stuck with the G for Google and factory reset doesn't work.

Please help as I miss my hub!

I am also having the same problem with my Google Hub Max.  It worked the first day and now nothing, I am so disappointed.  Regards, Krystal

Just like so many others, I have the same issue and Google do not seem to have a solution.

I returned the Google Hub Max and bought another one; will see how it goes.
