Hello,
A few days ago, my Nest Hub got stuck at the grey background G screen. I tried rebooting by unplugging the power supply. On reconnecting the power, the device booted to the G screen again. I have tried different fixes suggested in prior posts but did not help. Some of the options I tried are -
1. Switch to different power outlet with the original power adapter
2. Perform a factory reset with volume buttons and the 10 second countdown screen
3. Unplug the device for 10 second before connect the power again, and repeat the process 10 times
Can you pls help with booting up the device properly.
Regards,
Ravi

when it happened the devices volume could not be adjusted and some of the UI icons were missing. I had unplugged the device. It happened about 3 weeks ago. There had been no power outages.
