My Nest Hub plays video (youtube) or audio just fine after a reset. Video plays normally, and will cycle through as youtube does. But, if i play a song (audio only) or navigate away from the video while it is playing, and try to navigate back, or play another video later, only the audio plays.
To put it another way, my Hub (gen 1) will not play video if i have played ANY audio on it since last reset, and wont resume videos once they have been interrupted. Closing youtube or youtube music wont fix it, and after a reset it will work again until music is played. Factory reset or reinstall does not resolve the issue. I also can't cast video to the device, because once my phone (pixel 6) goes to sleep (active screen/clock) the video stops and my hub switches to the photo frame. Separate issue, but very frustrating.
I have tried everything, including contacting support. Seems like folks are stumped. Any ideas?
