Hupspace offline in Google Home

I have some smart lights that link via Hupspace.  Using the Hupspace App they operate fine.  I seem to be able to link Hupspace to Google Home but they always appear offline no matter what I do.  They are obviously not offline as the Hupspace App operates them without issue

Any help would be appreciated . . . I see others have had this problem too but I see no solutions ??

Hi Johntp, 

Thanks for posting. These kinds of issues can usually be easily resolved.

Here are some steps that might help: 

1. If you’re using Alexa, disable and re-enable the Hubspace skill in the Alexa app.
2. If you’re using Google Home, unlink and relink your Hubspace Skill in the Google Home app. (If that does not work, try on another device.)

I am seeing the same issues. I have to unlink it and then relink it constantly. I have had to do this 4 times in the last hour
