Hello,
I'm also facing connectivity issues. I'm able to locate my Google nest mini 2nd gen in Google home app. When I try to connect it tries and says 'couldn't communicate with Google device' and all four lights turn blue. I tried to do factory reset by pressing on top of orange light but not getting any response. I unplugged device few times, but no luck. Device was working fine in US and India. Got issue when I'm trying to set up in Australia.
