Thank you for reaching out. That is not good to hear that you are unable to connect to your Google Nest Mini. I understand your concern of trying to use your Google Nest Mini. I would be more than happy to help find a solution so that you can jam out to your favorite music! I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.
  • How are you trying to connect to your Google Nest Mini?
  • Are you trying to set up your Google Nest Mini?
  • Is your Google Nest Mini on the same WiFi network as your other devices?
  • Did you download the Google Home App?
  • Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what do you see?
  • Have you tried to do a reboot and a Factory Data Reset on the Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements?

Hello,

I'm also facing connectivity issues. I'm able to locate my Google nest mini 2nd gen in Google home app. When I try to connect it tries and says 'couldn't communicate with Google device' and all four lights turn blue. I tried to do factory reset by pressing on top of orange light but not getting any response. I unplugged device few times, but no luck. Device was working fine in US and India. Got issue when I'm trying to set up in Australia.
