I can’t get my nest to display photos

When I first purchased my Google Nest it worked fine. Now it will not respond to anything. It won’t play music, search issues, and will not display photo frames.

• What music service are you using (e.g., Spotify, YouTube Music)?
• Do you have a premium subscription?
• What is the firmware version of your Nest display?

• Make sure the mobile software version and the Google Home app are up-to-date.
