I have the same issue. It works if I ask to play something from Disney plus, but Netflix fails with the same message as you are getting. So just seems to be an issue with Netflix.

I have the same problem. It works for me if I ask, but my partner who is linked to the home devices and account get this issue.
Any help please ??
