I connected my Spotify to my Home Mini it was good for about half hour then it disconnected plz help

I reconnected but so far nothing has happened

Thanks for reaching out. That is an odd issue having your Spotify not being able to connect to your Google Nest Mini. I use my Spotify all the time so I understand where you're coming from. Let's find a solution! First, I have some questions.

  • How are you using your Spotify with your Google Nest Mini? 
    • Voice Command? Casting through your phone?
  • What is happening when it is disconnected? 
    • Does the app show that your music is still playing? Are you getting any error messages?
  • Do other types of media work on your Google Nest Mini? (YouTube, Pandora, asking the device questions)
  • Is your Google Nest Mini on the same WiFi network as your phone? 
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you attempted so far?
