I have a temperature and humidity sensor added to Google home, in the Google Home app as an icon it displays the temperature and when we click on it the humidity appears and the temperature is not visible but it doesn't bother me, but the problem is when I ask Google what the temperature in the house is, it reads it by voice as correctly as possible, but on the screen it does not display only an empty field, while when I click on the screen of the nest hub 2 on the humidity it displays correctly, As far as the Smart Life app is concerned, everything is displayed perfectly, everything is correct

Hello! It's the same with me. I already tried a factory reset but it didn't work. What kind of thermometer do you have?

I have one from Aliexpress, but I saw a video on YouTube today and someone described exactly the same thing, I think it's a Google home error, maybe they'll fix it, I also restarted it, added it again, it's a Google error

I also ordered from aliexpress. I hope they fix the error.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Did it work before, or is this the first time that you linked your sensor? What steps have you taken so far?
Let’s try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub and sensors.
Regards,
Juni

Hi, I tried everything and the effect is the same, I watched a video on YouTube where this sensor was presented and the effect was identical, the presenter said that unfortunately there is an error because nest says it but does not display it, I will add that I have been dealing with IT for over 30 years so I have tested all methods and I bet there is some error in Google nest hub2

Hi Drages,
Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Have you had the chance to contact the product manufacturer to create awareness? Also, try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.
Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays

Hello Juni, as I said, I tested everything, including the factory settings of both Google nest hub2 and the sensor, the sensor works properly, in the Smart Life application it shows as it should, the problem with Google nest hub2 and in Google home is also not entirely good in my opinion, as for the manufacturer, I need to check whether it is possible to report an error

Hi Drags! In the rain, the rain is animated for you in the frog weather? Could you send a video of how it works for you?

Same issue here. Humidity reading is not showing in the Google Home app. The reading is showing in the Smart Life app which has more functions than the Google home app. The Google Home app doesn't support all smart devices. I have a dehumidifier which shows in Smart Life but not in Google Home app.
