I purchased a N2 battery base for my google nest mini, when on base it will not connect.

my google nest that is plugged in works beautifully.  I had wanted to have a speaker in my bathroom, but a plug is not available.  I purchased a N2 battery base, assuming that it would work underneath the counter.  However, when plugged in on the base, I cant get a connection.  When I take it off I can pair the speakers and it works great.  When I unplug to put on base, I lose it!!! Any suggestions?  am I doing something wrong?

Hi @lisaratkelis

That is a 3rd party base and unfortunately not supported by Nest Google. That being said, check that there isn't an on/off switch that is toggled and be sure it is fully charged. Otherwise, I would reach out to the manufacturer and see if they offer any ideas.
