Incorrect time zone

Moved from Washington state to Florida 3 months ago. Google Hub Max displayed correct time zone (EST) after moving. This morning the display is now reflecting PST. I have tried multiple solutions located in support pages but the issue has not resolved. Please assist before I throw this display in the garbage.

Hey there raseven2000, 

I'm so sorry for the frustrations that is being caused by this, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

 

Would you mind trying these steps within the Google Home app? 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap and select your Chromecast device from the list of available devices.
  3. Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner to access Device settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Time section of Device settings.
  5. Tap Time Zone and select the new time zone of your choice.
