This device lags a lot, its a shame they sell something like this.

It's a brand new Nest 2nd Edition.

It takes sometimes more than 8 seconds to switch and app, you can close an app and just re open it to see a 3-5 second delay for the freaking clock to pop up.

It does not only not advertise that some functions will not work in some countries like mine, it does not have any integration with your phone alarms whatsoever, crashes frecuently

And yes, I have rebooted it, reset it, place it near wifi, change its wifi router, change its wifi channel, whatever you can say you can try than accepting that this is a faulty product

We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. What country are you located in? Are you referring to the display of your Google Nest Hub? Is there also a delay when it responds to your through voice? About the alarm, you can set an alarm to it separately.

Im in argentina, but how does this change of country would have anything to do than rather than start working on a bug opening? It really lags, it should be very easy to replicate, theres many threads on this forum about the same issue

We understand how important this is for you. To rule out any network issue, try rebooting your router to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, give resetting your Nest Hub and set it up using a mobile hotspot a try.

Please read everything, I already told you this has been done with no success, the nest just lags even to open the calendar.

This may not be the answer you're looking for — since we exhaust all possible troubleshooting our next step is to replace your device. However, since you're in a country where Nest Hub isn't officially supported, we can't proceed with the process. You might want to contact the store where you purchased your device for replacement options.
