Issue with connecting google home with broadlink

Hello guys,
I'm running the google home from my Iphone12 for the first time (connecting it to Google nest mini) and when i try to pair the Broadlink to it, I get error "Internet is not available" error (-3004).  I have already try to reconnect my router and the Broadlink and nothing helps.
The Broadlink app by itself forking great.
Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Mini is not connecting to your internet, that is not a great start! I would be more than happy to try and resolve this issue. First, I have some quick questions.

• Is your internet a private one-step/password WiFi? Or is it somewhat public/takes you to a landing login page?
• Could you try to do a Factory Data Reset?
  • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest Mini to its default factory settings. 
  • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

• If that does not resolve the issue, could you try to connect your device to a mobile hotspot? Does it connect?
