Google mini v1 no se restablece de fábrica

Mi Google home mini no respondía a mis solicitudes así que lo intente reiniciar de fábrica al principio todo parecía bien pero después no encendían las luces más que la luz verde de reinicio y si suelto el botón se apaga ya lo desconecte y lo volví a conectar dejando diferentes tiempos primero fue un minuto luego 5 ,lo volví a intentar reiniciar y no pasa de la luz verde .

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Mini is not powering on. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution.


First, could you try this troubleshooting step?

  1. At the side of the Google Nest Mini, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the four LED lights light up on top.
  2. Repeat step one, 10 more times. (complete total of 11 times)
  3. After plugging in the power cord back in the final time, wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup.
