Hi,
I've been experiencing issues for the last week or so on all of my Google Smart Home devices:
On all devices (bar the doorbell as it's not applicable), when saying 'Hey Google', I get the message of 'something went wrong' and then 'there was a glitch'. The doorbell issue is that I'm not receiving notifications when someone presses the doorbell button.
I have factory reset all devices and power cycled the router but the issue is still persisting. IPv6 is turned off on the router.
Desperately need some help !!!
Many thanks,
Cate

Hi sxicate,
That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.
After doing the factory reset, have you set them all up? Are they all working via voice command? If yes then make sure Google Home and your Nest Doorbell are synced with each other. Click this link to set up visitor announcements. Also, once it's done, give command to each of your speakers "Hey, Google! Turn off do not disturb" or you can follow this link if you need to do it via the Google Home app.
If you're still getting the messages "Something went wrong" and/or "There's a glitch", make sure your VPN(if enabled) is turned off. Make sure all devices are on the same WiFi network.
Tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan
