Jbl link 10 keeps asking me to log into my google home app

Hi,

my new jbl link 10 leeps saying please log in with the google home app. In the all the device looks fine. It shows my account and my linked services. I can control the volume from the app fine.

i have updated the app and removed and reinstalled it (iphone 15 pro)

i have done a factory reset 3 times on the speaker

i am on the same network

all other (6) google speakers work fine.

my old link 20 worked fine.

hours of google searches have not helped. Please help!

Thank you for your prompt response and the detailed information you’ve provided. I've reviewed your input and understand that the speaker JBL Link 10 that you're referring to is a third-party device, and you received a message that says please log in with the Google Home app, and I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. In this case, you need to contact the manufacturer.

Nope. I returned the device and got a google home audio and it works fine.
