When we try to play Jeopordy it only shows the category in the top left of the screen. It doesn't show the question or the answers and it's really hard to play. I've tried rebooting, restarting, and reinstalling and still no change.

A few questions: was this working initially? When did this issue start? Were there any changes made to your network? Are all the Google Nest and Home devices in your home affected?
If you haven't already, perform a factory reset on your Google Nest device and set it up to check if that will solve the issue. Here's how: press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest display will let you know that it's resetting. Note: If you are using a Google Nest Hub Max, remove it from the Google Home app first before doing a reset.
