Jeopardy Subscription no longer working

I pay monthly for the Jeopardy Subscription. Starting a few days ago, it no longer gives us any more clues than the free clues. I tried to go in and cancel the subscription, but it won't let us do that either. I would either like the subscription to work or stop paying for it. I saw another person had the same issue. Has anyone resolved this yet?
