Jeopardy subscription will not update on Google nest hub Max and Google assistant app.

I'm having an issue playing Jeopardy on my Google nest hub Max. I purchased the Jeopardy subscription and although the money was taken out of my account my subscription on the Google nest hub Max and also on my Google assistant app doesn't play the game as if reflecting that I've done so. When I go into my subscriptions in the assistant application it shows that I have a current subscription to Jeopardy but for some strange reason the game won't update.
