Keeps going offline which

Lenovo Clock//radio/speaker- when it goes offline, it disconnects from the internet, the clock display shows --:-- which is not helpful. If I have any alarms set they will not work. I do NOT know when nor why all of a sudden it will display the correct time. But meanwhile my clock with no radio, no alarms, no functions that I need it for is --:-- dead. I have tried Hey GOOGLE:... I have tried the ap GOOGLE HOME ...all it tells me that my device is offline. I have gone to my internet AT&T to see why it might be offline. I cannot figure this out.

While we love to help we can only assist Google Home or Google Nest speakers and display. You can try rebooting your Lenovo device and router to refresh the connection. Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router and within 15-20 feet of your router. Also, resetting your device might help too. For additional help, you can contact Lenovo support.
