A few questions: is this the first time setting up? What's the message that you're getting during setup? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please do a power cycle on your WiFi router and Google Home speaker before setting up your device. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device and configure it again. You can also try the steps in this article: My speaker or display is not connecting to Wi-Fi.
