The feed for my Kogan baby monitor always disconnects or cuts out on our Nest Hub, but works fine on the iOS app. We bought a new Nest specifically as it was compatible. It is frustrating that it works and then cuts out all of the time.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? You can refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub.
