LED lights

Hi. This is an odd issue but I can’t get my LED smart bulbs to fully connect. My google hub gen 2 can turn my lights on and off but always says sorry something went wrong after completing the request also it says (offline) on the bulbs when I pull up my google home app.

I understand the feeling when you're having issues controlling your lights using your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). A few questions: when did the issue start? What is the make and model of your lights? Does the same issue happen when using the Google Assistant on your phone? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done?
