LG Thinq WK7 Speaker

Hi everyone.

I wonder if anyone out there has had a similar issue that I'm having now. I have an LG Thinq WK7 Google speaker  which usually throws out some serious sound. However just recently It has stopped working when i ask it to play something on Deezer. It will acknowledge the request and state it will play (whatever) but then nothing comes out. I have contacted LG who claim its a Google issue and to contact them. Are they just 'passing the buck' or is this a genuine Google issue?

Can anyone help?

Hi EmandCeeTee,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

We understand your concern. What we advise for our Nest speaker users is to reboot both speaker and WiFi router to refresh the device and signal. If this did not work, you can do a full reset. Try these and see if it will make a difference. Sorry if we don't have the information on how to do the full reset on your device as we specialized in Google Nest products.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Juni
