Legacy calls on nest hub max

My senior citizen parents use the Google nest hub max to communicate with me (on Samsung Galaxy S24 phone) About a month ago, I am unable to connect to her Nest hub max from my Samsung galaxy S24. She is able to call me without problems. I get a notification this is a legacy call. 

Why am I not able to call her back on Google meet ?
