Logging into the BBC

On occasion when I address a question to my Nest Hub display, it will display a web site.  This is mostly fine, but sometimes the question takes me to a link to the BBC website.  The BBC website then asks me to login.  I do have a BBC account, and so I am quite happy to log in, BUT there doesn't seem to be any way of logging in via the Nest Display.  There is no virtual keyboard through which I can type in my username and password.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so have they found a way to provide username and password.  Talking to the display doesn't seem to work.

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What country are you in? Has the BBC worked on your Nest Hub before? Does it respond to other commands without being prompted to a webpage? Let me know the answers so we can take a closer look.

About the virtual keyboard, I'm afraid this feature is not available. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and we're always looking for ways to improve. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback.
