Look and talk periodically stops working

Look and talk in English (Australian) only seems to work if I change to English (US), toggle look and talk off and back on, then change back to English (Australian). Periodically it stops working (after software updates maybe) and I have to go through the same process again.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. Try to remove and re-add Face Match on Google Nest Hub Max > Unplug Google Nest Hub Max for a minute > Plug back in > Test Look and talk again.

Thanks for trying. Kindly get the Cast firmware version and Fuchsia/Software version of your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Swipe up from the bottom of the display > Settings > Device information.
