My nest display 2nd gen has stopped playing any radio station since yesterday. Gives message that something went wrong. Have tried several stations from different providers. However they are working fine on my other google speakers so guess it's a 2nd gen software update issue?

Didn't go quite as you described above as I couldn't find "Other cast/Local devices" on my Home app.
However I reset the 2nd Gen to factory settings (holding vol up & down together for 10 secs) and re-added the 2nd Gen into my Home app and re-set it up then everything back working as before.
Hopefully the next software update doesn't mess it up again.
