Lorex cameras no longer stream on Nest hub.

The Lorex camera  and Lorex doorbell camera is not streaming anymore on the Nest Hub. They connect to the same wifi.I can see the camera and stream on my iPhone through the google home app but when I try to pull up the camera on the Nest Hub all that comes up is a black screen that says Lorex Camera.  But no video. I tried factory reset a couple of time. All that happened after I setup wired POI cameras on my Lorex hd receiver, though the doorbell is wireless. I checked all my settings and don’t understand why this happened.

Thanks for reaching out. I can imagine how hard it is when you're having issues streaming your Lorex cameras to your Google Nest Hub. I'd love to dig deeper into this. Let's go ahead and try unlinking and re-linking your Lorex account from the Google Home app. This will refresh the connection between your devices. If it is still the same, you can try removing the POI camera to see if that makes any difference.

Please check/try turning ON audio recording on Lorex camera if it is an option 

Here is my experience/frustration/finding summary:
1) With Lorex Camera Audio recording ON both google home app and nest hub are able to stream Lorex video
2) With Lorex Camera Audio recording OFF both google home app and nest hub are NOT able to stream Lorex video
With Lorex Camera Audio recording OFF:
google home app on pixel mobile: Shows "Camera unvailable"
googe nest hub display: Shows "Playing Lorex Camera" (stays stuck with no image)
Strange but not sure if issue is on Google side or Lorex side, regardless stuck being a Lorex/Google customer with many devices from Google(mobile/nest-hub/nest-hub-max) and Lorex(Video-Doorbell/Wifi/Wired IP Security Cameras)
Interestingly Wyze cameras stream video fine with audio recording OFF on Google Home app and Nest Hub
Contacted Lorex Support and they played clueless(not their problem act) after saying try the usual restart/reset/re-link
Would be great if Google Support team is able to determine cause and resolve video streaming issue when lorex camera audio recording is off

i have audio recording on as well (having the same problems. lorex works on ios and android) but not on the google home app. (my nest hub max, or my smart tv using hey google) the feed turns on for about 30 seconds, but then it shuts off and just says lorex camera. Very buggy now. i bought this system for a baby camera. it use to work just fine. then i had a baby and now its very buggy and not working properly at all.
