Some days ago I gave my son Nick who is overseas access to my Nest Cameras. Once he was set up and working, I noticed that for some reason I lost my ability to connect to nest account using the Nest app on my samsung S10+. Before he had set it up on his phone, I had no problems. I co just click on the app icon and I was instantly in.
Since Nick connected to the cameras, the app in my phone has wanted me to login with the gmail address assigned to my phone but that is not the non gmail address that cameras have always has for years.
The App doesn't seem to let me change addresses to the one on the Nest account even though it worked that way for years.
How can I force it to accept the correct non-gmail address for my nest account and not the gmail address in my phone.
