Lost sound to all devices

My Home hub and mini speakers stop playing after I clicked casting. How do I get the sound back

Hi Referman,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? Are these Nest Hubs 1st or 2nd Gen and Google Home Mini or Nest Mini speakers? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What music service are you using in casting music?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
