Hello! For some reason both my nest hub max and nest hub won't show live video feeds from my cameras. The cameras are online and I can view the feeds from my phone, but when I open them on my hubs the cameras just say "idle". I've reset the cameras, both hubs, and my router. No luck. PLEASE HELP!!

This is happening to me as well suddenly. Both Nest Hub Gen 2s in my house will not show the live feed either from my Nest doorbell nor from my Nest camera. Did they push an update that broke the live feed? All the phones and laptops in the house show the feeds just fine but the Nest Hubs just stopped today.

Our engineering team has rolled out a fix for the issue. If you're still experiencing a problem with viewing your cameras, try rebooting your device.
Please let me know if the issue persists after the reboot and include as much detail as possible.
