Mi nest hub enciende pero su pantalla se mantiene en negro

Desde hace una semana mi nest hub perdió imagen de un momento a otro, la pantalla se ilumina pero en negro, se escucha encender y reconoce mi voz, más no puedo ver nada, no sé que sucede

You could try removing it from the Google Home app, then doing a factory reset, and then reinstalling.
