Mini nest not connecting

So I moved in with my girlfriend recently. She has her own nest mini and I also own one which worked in my previous home. We haven't been able to connect my nest mini we wanted to use in another room now I've moved in. We can detect it and start the set up process, but it won't connect to the WiFi. We've factory reset my nest mini and still no luck. Just looking for a fix so we can use both nest minis.

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you, let’s check what’s going on.

Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router. 

Reboot your phone, Google Nest Mini and router to refresh the connection. 

Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on from the set up device.

If you're using an iOS device, make sure Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app.
