Basically my entire screen went out except a few columns of pixels on the left and about 10 columns of pixels on the right. The rest of the screen is black. I have tried the unplug and plug back in. I've tried several different outlets, and I've also tried a factory reset. Now my device is stuck in set up mode because I do not have a screen to work with. I purchased the device less than a year ago, but I believe the screen just crapped out. Can I have some help???
