Hello
When I first bought my Nest Audio the streaming quality of BBC radio 4 was excellent but a few months ago it the sound became progressively more muffled, as if the bit rate had been reduced and the signal more compressed. It is variable, sometimes the sound becomes crystal clear again but on the whole the quality is far poorer now than before. Could you let me know if the problem is with Google or the BBC? I have optical fibre internet and perfect quality when I stream over Sonos so I don’t think the problem is there.
Thank you
Duncan

I have the same problem, mine seems to go away when you turn up the volume. It comes back a few minutes later once the volume is reduced again. I have other Nest (Google) speakers that don't have the same problem, only the Nest Audio.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out. When you try to stream other radio stations or music from any music service, is it the same? Try to reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Audio.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Juni
