Music stops playing on Google Mini after a few songs

As of two days ago, my Google mini only plays a few songs on a playlist and turns itself off.

 

I had had it for 2.5 years and plays music all day (I purchased it for when I’m out so my puppy has some music to listen too)

 

Radio stations won’t play music anymore either 

 

Have reset its factory settings, rebooted the wifi, turned it off for 30 mins and back on again, unlinked my Spotify profile and relinked - nothing fixes it.

 

Help!!!

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Home Mini concern. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. If possible, could you try to set up your Google Home Mini on another network and observe if it makes a difference?

I have tried that, rebooted my modem, even upgraded my wifi plan and it’s seen no change the to device.

I have system rebooted the device, checked all settings and it is still happening after 6 days now. 

Please advise how to fix this. Its very disappointing to buy a product that only works for 18 months.

We appreciate your effort. Could you tell us if it's happening on all of the music providers? Since you've tried unlinking Spotify, can you check YouTube or any radio service and see if they are all the same?
