Music volume changing when I don't want it to

Hi! Lately I've noticed when I'm playing from my phone to my net hub, the music loves to change volume on certain parts of the song. It's starting to get really annoying. I've tried it with a Verity of songs and Ive noticed it only does it with rock type sounding songs and when they get heavier, even when the sound isn't up that high (tried it today on a 3 max) and it still quietened down. Does anyone else have this problem?
