Music won’t connect

I’ve unplugged it and rebooted it. I’ve recently moved so I’m connected to new WiFi, but once I changed networks, my Google Home just won’t connect to my phone.

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your device is not connecting to your phone. That is definitely a frustrating issue. Let's get this issue resolved so that you can have your devices connected and running. I would be more than happy to help! First, I have some quick questions.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Could you please try to do a Factory Data Reset on your device? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
