Apple Music is linked but when commanded it will not play

• Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Is this a new issue? Was your device playing your Apple Music before?
• Does this happen with other types of media? (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
• Are you seeing or hearing any error messages?
• What happens when you command your device? Does the device respond?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? What you have you attempted so far?
