My new device doesn't show the option to turn on or off the motion sensor, and I already read a lot of posts of many people with the same issue. Does someone know how to solve this problem? I have already tried factory reset a couple of times and it doesn't work 😞

Motion sense is a feature powered by the Soli sensor; however, the Soli sensor on the Google Nest Hub 2nd gen is yet to be supported in Mexico. I understand that it is a good feature to use with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Our team is working on supporting more countries for this feature.
