My Brand new Nest Hub Gen 2 have missed the motion sensor option

My new device doesn't show the option to turn on or off the motion sensor, and I already read a lot of posts of many people with the same issue. Does someone know how to solve this problem? I have already tried factory reset a couple of times and it doesn't work 😞

My location is Mexico.

Motion sense is a feature powered by the Soli sensor; however, the Soli sensor on the Google Nest Hub 2nd gen is yet to be supported in Mexico. I understand that it is a good feature to use with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Our team is working on supporting more countries for this feature. Feel free to send us feedback on things we should improve for a better user experience.
