Nest hub won't turn back on

 my nest hub shut off and I can't get it to restart ...I've done all the troubleshooting steps and it still won't start

I know how challenging it is, not having a working device when needed. Let's try to get to the bottom of this.

A few questions:

• When did the issue start?
• Are you using the official power adapter that came with the Nest display?
• When and where did you purchase your device?

Fixed the problem it was the power cord.... I had to get a new one
