My Google Home device is just showing a "G" on the screeen

I have tried reseting the device by holding both volume buttons and plugging it in, it says it will go to factory reset after 1 seconds, and then it just comes up with the "G" screen

Mine is doing the same. Grey G screen. Tried factory reset, resulted back to continuous grey G. Google home app can’t connect to master display.
