Nest Hub has become incredibly slow

My Nest hub has become incredibly slow. I have tried a factory reset, and have tried connecting it to different networks, as well as moving it closer to the router. I use google wifi and the hub is less than a foot away from the nearest puck (with strong speed and mesh), and it is still incredible slow to respond to commands, and often just times out.  it was running perfectly until about a month ago, I've tried everything but can't get it working again. 

it is running;

software version 40.15.3.############

Cast Firmware: 1.56..285344

OS: 4.20210608.1..1146047

Hello! I'm having the same issue. Google hub has become very slow to respond to 'hey Google' and now also stutters when replying

Same issue here, it looks like it's getting worse over time. Reset doesn't work at all.
