Thanks for your message. I understand your concern of your device not being able to connect to WiFi. I would be more than happy to help find a solution and get your device connected! First, I have some quick questions.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device working before?
  • Is your Google Nest Mini showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices? 
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hot spot instead? What happens?
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
