My Google Hub smart display stops playing audio after a few minutes

I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue but I leave sleep sounds on Loop and it just stops playing the audio or if I want to cast something to my TV it'll cast and then stop casting or if I want to play music it starts playing music and then stops

Mine has been doing the same thing. with casting & Spotify

Hi folks,

 

 

@IronJared11, @flashfirejo, This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What is the error message when music stops?

 

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
  4. If possible, move Nest speakers near Wi-Fi devices.
