My Google Nest is increasing the volume on its own.

Hi all,

 

I’ve noticed recently that my Google Nest Mini speaker began to increase the volume on its own without me asking it to. I have caught on that it only does this when I have my phone or tablet is turned on. I don’t know if its conflicted to use its own volume or the volume of my other devices but I don’t know how to stop it. Any ideas?

That's pretty weird! Have you already tried to perform factory reset on your Google Nest speakers? If not, let's try that first and let's compare its behavior after the reset. Here's how: https://goo.gle/3x50Yl7

I have indeed tried factory resetting it but, nothing works! Just a few nights ago, it began turning the volume up and down without me even saying anything! Like it was being controlled.
