My Google Nest won't connect to LG ThinQ

Hello, my Google Nest won't link with my LG Smart TV with webOS 4.9.7-17. I tried to reboot my Google Nest Hub device, resetting the device, rebooting my router, reinstalling the Google Home app, but nothing seems to work.

I hope somebody has an answer to solve it.

Do you mean in the Google Home app? Not really sure what you mean

@Adıyaman, thanks for posting ― let's get this sorted out. A few questions: were you able to successfully link your LG smart TV in the Google Home app? Is it assigned to a room and can be controlled within the app? What device did you reset and how did you do it?

I have a Nest Hub 2nd generation and a LG OLED TV. The webOS version is 4.9.7-17 and the model is OLED 55B9PLA according to my TV.

I have tried resetting my devices, following instructions but none of them seems to work.

And what is it you're trying to connect, as in, what is the actual issue?

 

For example, is it appearing in your Google home app but it's showing offline?

@Adıyaman, kindly provide the information asked from my last reply to further isolate your concern. You can also check LG’s support page for the instructions on how to link LG TV to the Google Home app.
