My Google home nests will not tune into radio stations or play spotify

Apologize for the late response. We just wanted to check if you still have issues listening to music on your Google Home/Nest device? Please let us know by updating this thread, and we're glad to help. Also, please provide the following information below that may help us isolate the issue:

• When did the issue start?
• Which country are you located in?
• Is your Spotify account linked on the Google Home app?
• Is there an error when you play music or radio?
